The following parts are assembled to create the Underbody:

Underbody Floor Skin
Underbody Structure

After all parts are installed, the Underbody is sent to 2V01 Framing via the Exit Conveyor.

2V04 Underbody Main Line Equipment Layout

1	Robot (2V04-V01AR11) loads structure with sealer to the Sealer Table (2V05-V01UQ54).
2	Robot (2V04-V01AR11) acquires Skin from the Entrance Conveyor coming from 2V03 Underbody Floor Skin and loads the skin to the Sealer Table (2V05-V01UQ54).
3	Robot (2V04-V01AR11) acquires the Structure from Overhead Conveyor coming from 2V02 Underbody Structure and places structure on the Sealer Table (2V05-V01UQ54).
4	Robots (2V04-V01AR141 and 2V04-V01AR142) apply sealer to the assembly on the Sealer Table (2V05-V01UQ54) and then move to clear.
5	Robot (2V04-V01AR11) picks up assembly at the Sealer Table (2V05-V01UQ54), unloads the sealed assembly at the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01UQ51), and then moves to home.
6	Robots (2V04-V01AR21 through 2V04-V01AR24) move to the part and makes multiple spot welds then moves to clear.
7	Robot (2V04-V01AR12) unloads the assembly from the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01UQ51), unloads the part to the Respot Fixture (2V04-V01UQ52), and then moves to clear.
8	Robots (2V04-V01AR25, 2V04-V01AR6, 2V04-V01AR27, and 2V04-V01AR28) move to the part, make multiple spot welds, and then moves to clear.
9	Robot (2V04-V01AR13) picks up assembly from the Respot Fixture (2V04-V01UQ52), unloads the part to the Respot Fixture (2V04-V01UQ53), and then moves to clear.
10	Robots (2V04-V01AR29, 2V04-V01AR211, 2V04-V01AR212, and 2V04-V01AR213) move to load the part, make multiple spot welds, and then move to clear.
11	Robot (2V04-V01AR14) picks up assembly from the Respot Fixture (2V04-V01UQ53), unloads the part to the Draw Arc Fixture (2V04-V01AR53XQ53), and then moves to clear.
12	Robot (2V04-V001AR51 through 2V04-V01AR54) move to the part, make multiple stud welds, and then move to clear.
13	Robot (2V04-V01AR15) picks up assembly from the Draw Arc Fixture (2V04-V01AR53XQ53), loads the part to the Vision Holding Fixture (2V04-V01UQ55), and then move to clear.
14	Robots (2V04-V01AR191 and 2V04-V01AR192) move to the part, run measurement routines, and then move to clear.
15	Robot (2V04-V01AR15) picks up assembly and unloads it on the Exit Conveyor (2V04V01GL13).
