A manufacturing plant in North America needed a solution to provide training and organized documentation to new and existing personnel for one of their engine manufacturing and assembly line. The technology used on this engine manufacturing and assembly line included:

Interactive Training Systems utilized their Cross Media Solution to create an LMS based training and administrative package to satisfy their training needs. ITS also created an Interactive Technical Reference System for each OEM technology, which was loaded on "iron man" kiosk on the floor, next to the machine, using OEM supplied documentation.
As a result of Interactive Training Systems Cross Media Solution, this manufacturing plant increased its training capacity and reduced training costs.
The Interactive Technical Reference System created reduced mean time to repair (MTTR) and increased production.
