Keller McGaffey
President
Keller McGaffey began his engineering career as an 11 year old, working for his father’s company, John D. McGaffey & Company. At 21 years old, he was hired as a project engineer with Lamb Technicon (a fortune 500 company, and the world’s largest machine tool builder). At the age of 29, he became Lamb’s youngest executive as Director of Engineering. In 1992 he left Lamb, to acquire John D. McGaffey & Company. During his tenure he also formed ECPL, L.L.C., a safety lockout sign and training supplier in 1995, and Interactive Training Systems, Inc. in 2000. Since that time Interactive Training Systems, Inc. has emerged as a leader in innovations in interactive knowledge systems for use in automotive, heavy truck, medical, and government fields.
