Everywhere I go and talk to manufacturer's...we dance around the same subject. New Manufacturing jobs are coming, but few are preparing for this inevitability.  By the time we are ready to hire it will be too late! There hasn't been a meaningful apprenticeship program in a generation.  Colleges are working with outdated technology. Manufacturer's don't have the resources to train in-house. We are about to see the largest Brain-Drain from the manufacturing floor in history as the current generation of workers prepares for retirement...SOON.

How do we capture that knowledge before it goes out the door, and how do we pass it on to the next generation worker?
