Operator, Mechanical and Electrical Training Manual Production

A transmission plant in Michigan re-tooled two lines on the floor to accommodate the launch of a new program. Interactive Training Systems worked with the plant’s subject matter experts and the Cross Huller to create a comprehensive training manual. This training manual was designed to accommodate machine operators, machine skilled trades and machine electricians. In addition to creating the training manuals, Interactive Training Systems supported in-class training of machine personnel at the plant, across multiple shifts.

Interactive Training Systems also created over 1,400 single work instructions (SWI) detailing a multitude of procedures ranging from operating procedures to preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. The purpose of the SWI is to create reference tools machine personnel can have at the machine to aid them in daily procedures.
